Biography

Ankit went to Army Public School for school. He started a website called "HackingTruths", which he claims was judged as the "second best hacking site in the world by the FBI".

He claims that when he was 14, he trashed the front page of an Indian magazine's website. He then sent an e-mail to the editor confessing to the hack, suggesting counter measures.

At 15, his book on Ethical Hacking made him the youngest author to be published by Macmillan India.

Many publications wrongly reported that Fadia is associated with FBI or CIA,however, he himself denied this.

Fadia has also sponsored Singapore Management University's "Ankit Fadia Information Security Award", which is given annually to "an outstanding student" in the Information Security and Trust Course under the Bachelor of Science (Information System Management) degree.

Fadia studied at Stanford University before dropping out in his junior year of undergraduate study.

How to change Windows Password

This is a very simple trick and can be Used on any windows xp computer.

1. Go to Start>Run and type "cmd".

2. A new dialogue box will come up. There type 'net user' without the quotes.

3. This will show you the users running on the system.

4. Now type 'net user username *' without quotes and replacing username with the username of user.

Which means if the username of user is cooldude you have to type 'net user cooldude *' without quotes.

5. Now system will ask you to type a new password.

Here is where you type the new password.
Don't be confused because when you write nothing you type will be visible.
This is done to prevent shoulder surfers.
Just carefully type the password and press enter

6. Then retype the password and your done.

6. In the next two text boxes, enter the password you would like to start using.

   Entering the password twice helps to make sure that you typed your new password correctly.

7. Click the Change Password button to confirm your changes.

8. You can now close the User Accounts window and the Control Panel window.

9. Now that your Windows XP logon password has been changed, you must use your new password to log on to Windows XP from this point forward.
